The Fall of Anne Boleyn: A Countdown is based on primary sources and some secondary sources from reputable historians. Anyone researching Tudor history, whether for their own personal research or for an essay or dissertation, must use primary sources, i.e. documents from that period of history. We can only build a picture of what was really going on if we use such source,s and use a variety of them to corroborate things.
But where do you start? Where do you find these primary sources and how do you find them?
Well, my book is fully referenced and has a thorough bibliography so that you can check the sources for yourself (see Notes and Bibliography in the paperback or on this site). But to give you extra help I have written a report on how to research history and you can download this for free by filling in your details in the sign-up box in the right hand side menu. I hope it helps you.
Claire,I just received my new book, thankyou for all the hard work you have done ,to bring the truth of what really happen to our Beloved Queen Anne. Best wishes in all you do in life. Baroness X

I am looking forward to receive from you details and news about Anne, they will help me very much to write my article! I wish you the best and keep doing great job!!!
Hi Vassiliki,
Thank you for your comment. Where abouts in Greece are you from? I’ve visited Rhodes and Zakynthos and loved them both.
That’s wonderful that you’re going to publish an article. Is it a general one on Anne or does it focus on a specific topic or part of her life.
There are many many articles about Anne Boleyn on the main Anne Boleyn Files website – http://www.theanneboleynfiles.com – and you may find the primary sources page useful – http://www.theanneboleynfiles.com/resources/primary-sources/ – for your research.
Good luck with your article.
Best Wishes,
Claire
Dear Claire,
I am Vassiliki and I’d like to thank you very much for the links and and and for your interest in my article.
In reply to your questions, first of all, I live in Spata, a small to wn nearby the International Airport of Athens. So, the next time you decide to visit Greece, it would be my pleasure to host you and go sihtseeing anywhere you desire!!
Secondly, concerning my article, it is mainly focusing on the rise and the fall of Queen Anne Boleyn. My aim is to make the readers aware of Anne Boleyn really was and which was her true story. In my point of view, she committed neither withcraft nor adultery. History reminds her as a controversial personality and that’s the reason why i was attracted to her.
That’s all for now. Hope we will keep communicating and sharing news about Anne. I’m very glad I’m writing to you!!! Congratulations again for your masterpiece!!
P.S. I LOVE your ”B” necklace!!!! It’s my favourite!!
Yours,
Vassiliki
